In
the name of God & man I Richard goddard of Kirkby
Mallory being sick of body but of sound mind and memory do make
my last will & testament as follows. First I bequeath my
soul to god ---- and my body to the earth from where it was taken
and to be decently interned in eternity and after all my lawful
debts be paid and ------- I give unto my daughter Ann Goddard
ten pounds to be paid one year after my death. To whom I give
unto my son Thomas one -------? of my close. To whom I
give to my son Wm. Goddard my ---- of ----? To whom I
give my daughter Mary one shilling. to whom I give to my
son Thomas one shilling. To whom I give to my son Richard one
shilling. To whom I give to my son John Goddard my ------ ?
chamber my Mu--d--- and my --ll--b-? and I make my son
Joseph --ll- and to be my executor of this my last will and testament
renouncing all other wills ---- my hand and seal this fourteenth
day of
January anno Domini 1736:7
